Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Payment Process: Customers are generally required to pay 50% of the total amount in advance and the remaining 50% after the agreed work has been completed. Full payment must be settled before final delivery unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Trust and Payment Issues: Fedi Tech follows a transparent payment process. Customers are expected to follow the agreed payment structure for work to proceed.
Refund Policy: The 50% deposit is non-refundable because it covers project acceptance and resources allocated to the work. A refund of remaining payment may be considered only where there is a major deviation from the written agreement and supporting documentation is available.
Custom Work & Copyright
Client work is crafted for the specific project. Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables are governed by the written project agreement and full settlement of applicable payments.
Intellectual Property Rights
Website content, images, trademarks, software and proprietary materials are owned by Fedi Tech or used with permission. You may not reproduce, alter, publish, distribute or create derivative works from protected content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Use of our services is subject to the scope and limitations defined in the relevant project agreement. To the extent permitted by law, Fedi Tech is not responsible for indirect losses outside the agreed scope of service.
