Acceptance of Terms

  1. Please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) closely. By visiting and interacting with our website and any content that it features (which includes but is not limited to software, services, and digital tools) as part of our Services, you agree to adhere to these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy and any other policies issued by us.
  2. If you do not accept these Terms, you are politely advised not to use our Services.
  3. We can modify these Terms at any point in time. It is your responsibility to check them routinely to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your ongoing access and continuous use of our Services after modifications signify your acceptance to be legally bound by the amended Terms.

Use of Our Services

  1. You agree to utilize our Services strictly for legal purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of any other user and does not infringe on their Services. You must follow all applicable laws and regulations. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute any of our content in part or as a whole.
  2. As you use our Services, you understand that you will only use the content for personal reasons. You may not:
    • Use any of the elements of our content in any way, including copying, distribution, or modification.
    • Use our Services for any commercial activities until you have received our written approval beforehand.
  3. We maintain the right to block access or delete the accounts of users who do not adhere to these Terms.

Payment Terms & Refund Policy

  1. Payment Process: Customers are required to pay 50% of the total amount in advance and 50% of the total amount after the work has been completed. The full payment must be settled before the product is delivered.
  2. Trust and Payment Issues: FEDI Tech follows a transparent payment process through transactions. However, customers are expected to abide by the set payment structure for any work to be executed.
  3. Refund Policy:
    • The 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the acceptance of work and resources allocated to the specific project.
    • A refund of the remaining payment will be considered only if there is a major deviation from the terms of the agreement. Otherwise, any other refund requests must be supported by relevant documents.
  4. Custom Work & Copyright: Each client’s work is crafted from scratch at FEDI Tech. We do not use or claim copyright over the work since all deliverables are bespoke to each project.

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. All content, including text, images, trademarks, software, and proprietary materials offered on the platform, is owned by FEDI Tech or third parties who have given permission for its use.
  2. Without our written permission, you shall not reproduce, alter, publish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content.

Limitation of Liability

Any and all risks resulting from the utilization of our services are yours.
